Hi, I used to have ZOOM PRO but cancel my suscripción 2 weeks ago but now unable to see my recording sessions, so where this info went?

Reverting to a Basic account will make all Cloud recordings inaccessible, but Local recordings should still be available in the place where they were created on your computer.

Hi Ray,

 

my host provided me a recording of last class. 

 

it is not opening in chrome browser mobile. 

 

Version of mobile chrome browser: 115.0.5790.168

 

Error says: The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported.

 

could you please help me on this?
