I recorderd a couple meetings but my account was suspended due to lack of payment, I am back but can´t find the aforemetioned recodings,  any clue?

    Hi @vivenda , thanks for your contribution to the community! You should be able to access your cloud recordings by following these steps:


    Admin:

    1. Sign in to your Zoom web portal.
    2. In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Recording Management.
      You will see a list of cloud recordings on your account.
    3. Adjust the date range and status, then search by host, meeting ID, topic, or keyword.
      Note: There is no limit on the date you can specify.


    User:

    1. Sign in to your Zoom web portal.
    2. In the navigation menu, click Recordings.
      You will see a list of cloud recordings that you started.
    3. Adjust the date range and status, then search by host, meeting ID, topic, or keyword.
      Note: There is no limit on the date you can specify.

    If you are unable to locate the recordings even after following these steps, please let me know!
