Did anyone see "meeting analytics from read" in Zoom meeting? It is like an attendee. Only the meeting organizer can kick it out of the meeting. What is it? How was it joined the meeting? Please refer to the attached screenshot.

Please help!

Were you the Host of the Meeting? If so, chances are you added the Read app from the Zoom Marketplace. Remove the app. This Zoom Support article has details on how to do this:

https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/4423045745037-Installing-and-uninstalling-apps-from-Marketplace-

Those instructions currently read:

How to uninstall/remove an app from Zoom App Marketplace

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an administrator.
  2. In the navigation panel, click Advanced then App Marketplace.
  3. On the top right of the page, click Manage.
  4. On the left side of the page, click Added Apps.
  5. Identify the app to be removed then, click Remove.
  6. In the Remove app pop-up window, choose your reason, then click Remove.

If you were not the Host of the Meeting, it was likely present because the Host has added it.

Hi Ray,

Thank you very much for your help! I found the host added the Read.ai app in her Zoom.

Thanks again!
