In the ZOOM desktop on my Mac the option to schedule a meeting is not available. Why? And how do I fix it?

Thanks for any help

Sorry for the delay in responding.

I don’t know if any situation where you shouldn’t be able to schedule a meeting. Can you give me a few details to think about possible scenarios?

  • What type of account do you have? Basic, Pro, Business, etc
  •  Are you part of a larger organization’s Zoom account?
  •  What version of MacOS are you running?
  •  What version of the Zoom Client are you running?

Hey, @MARKEISENMAN,

I’ve taken a few passes at trying to reproduce on my Mac with no luck. My only advice is to enter a Support Ticket:

Support Ticket: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new

If you make any progress, please post it here so others can find it.

Hi Ray,

Thanks for responding. Will see what I can dig up!

I had the same issue and had to uninstall and reinstall the app/client and fully update, and that solved it.
