"Request to create zmail failed, please try later."

Has anyone been able to access this webpage to understand what the limitations are? I'm getting an error message for this page, which was recommended by the main article on how to use Zoom Mail & Calendar.

I've been trying to create a zmail account and keep getting this error message,  "Request to create zmail failed, please try later."  without any other information, it's frustrating to not know if somehow there is a limitation and I should stop trying or there is something wrong with the product/service overall.
