"Please complete your Host Profile Settings"

Hi! I'm trying to create an event and it keeps saying "Please complete your Host Profile Settings" before I can begin. I've already completed my profile so not sure what's up and it's not letting me move forward.

    Have you inquired of Zoom Support on this matter? Or were you able to get it sorted out?
