I reinstalled Zoom application software to correct the error code 10004, which wasn't allowing zoom software updates, now I'm not able to "launch meeting" as the host?

Hey @CAC-2 you will need to allow pop-ups for https://zoom.us within your Safari Browser; therefore, you are prompt to open the Zoom desktop client to then launch and start your meeting.
For example, if I were to click on a join/invite link from a host or starting your meeting from https://zoom.us/meeting#/upcoming you should be prompt'd to open Zoom.
To configure your pop-ups for Safari, go to settings...
Websites > under General, click pop-ups, and Allow zoom.us.
Let me know if you're able to then launch meetings from Safari!
