preview not working

I have "Always show video preview dialog when joining" checked,  I have "Stop my video when joining" unchecked.  However, the preview does not appear.  What do I do?  I really want the preview on.

Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling the Zoom app and reapplying the settings?
