phantom recurring meeting

Help!

It seems like Zoom keeps sending out a recurring meeting to 3 people.  I have deleted the meeting from my calendar and Zoom, but they keep getting invites and they have to delete them every week.

 

How do I stop them from going out?

Unfortunately the recurring meeting does not show up there.

Hello, 

 

Have you deleted all instances of the recurring meeting ? Can you look at future weeks and ensure all instances are cancelled ?

Hi,

I had this issue once and it turned out that the people involved had created a calendar reminder they forgot about for my  meeting. They had to delete it from their own calendar. I believe it was on a calendar they had not looked at in some time.
