All of a sudden some participants are asking for a passcode to join and the passcode is embedded in the link.  Why would that be?

They may be typing in the meeting ID manually... When I invite attendees, I highlight the link first, and the Meeting ID and Passcode directly and all together, as some folks are used to typing IDs and not clicking the links instead. (They don't know the passcode is encrypted and therefore, not visible within the link.)

How do I get a passcode?  Where do I find it?
