paid plan unlimited time upto 500

We have a paid plan running upto August for unlimited time and 500 participants but today we notice that we only have a 45 minute time frame.  We cancelled for next year but paid until August.

    Unfortunately, @go4level10 , us volunteers in the Zoom Community don’t have access to your account information, and it seems like a Zoom staff person is the best chance to get this ironed out quickly. 

    I recommend submitting a Zoom Support ticket at https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new with as many disks as you can – they’re pretty responsive, in my experience.
