only lowercase letters are displayed

Hello! I have the following problem: When I try to log in with a user name, only lowercase letters are displayed, regardless of whether I press the uppercase key or the caps lock key. All other applications work perfectly! I have uninstalled zoom several times and cleaned the registry - without success. I'm using Windows 10, current version, H22. Anyone know advice? Thanks!

    Hey @funki interesting as I am able to use all characters within the email field when logging into Zoom (macOS). Are you prompt any pop-up error when attempting to use capitalized characters when attempting to type them in within the 'email' field?
