Welcome to the Zoom Community, @inigopostle.

If you first need help acquiring a license for Translated Captions, read this Support article for details: Enabling and configuring translated captions

If you are on a Pro license, you can get the Translated Captions add-on for $50/year at https://zoom.us/pricing:

Otherwise, Translated Captions is included with Zoom Workplace Business Plus, Zoom Workplace Enterprise Essentials, Zoom Workplace Enterprise Plus, or Zoom Workplace Enterprise Premier.

I recently upgraded my Zoom Pro plan with the Zoom Phone add-on plus the annual Translated Captions add-on up to the Business Plus plan (which includes Phone and Translated Captions), and I think the total annual price was actually a couple of dollars cheaper in the long run. Look at the combination of options to see what works best for you, especially if you are interested in using some of the other Zoom productivity products like phone, scheduling, calendar, email, etc.

If you just need setup instructions, see the How to configure language pairs section of that document.
