Looks like your PC does not support the minimum requirement to enable video filters:

It doesn't allow me to use video filters I'm updated to 5.13.4 (11835)

I am NOT able to use video filters. Im updated to the latest version of Zoom Meetings! A little help here?!

Same with me! no support or way to get an answer. They were here 60 days ago
