not launching

I updated zoom today (5.17.1) and now it will not launch. I have restarted my computer, cleared my cache, my subscription is active. I've uninstalled and reinstalled zoom. Not sure where to go from here!

I have the same problem. Windows 10 Home, AMD Athlon(tm) II X4 645 Processor, 4GB RAM. The ZOOM Client worked fine until it was upgraded to version 5.17.2 (29988). No error message; ZOOM just loads and terminates.

OK, after doing much research and uninstalling and reinstalling the newest update, and restarting my computer, AND clearing my cache....all the things I found online, the fix that worked was uninstalling zoom and downloading a previous version.
