I have a Dell laptop, Windows 7, 64p and zoom version 5.16 - the video image is not transmitted! The camera is built-in, it lights up that it’s on, and it works in Skype, Telegram, Google Meet - but not in Zoom! I reinstalled the zoom, restarted the computer, closed all programs and applications that use the cameras, allowed the antivirus to connect the cameras, made sure that the camera was connected to the zoom - everything did not help. What's the matter?

Looks like you've already tried quite a bit - helpful data here!

Have you tried toggling off or switching a few of the default advanced video settings in Zoom yet? Areas I would try A/B-ing are highlighted below:

You will be able to use anything older than 5.13.5 due to Zoom's Quarterly Lifecycle Policy:

You can find old versions of Zoom for Windows here, but need to use 5.13.5 or newer in order to connect to calls:

Note that the link above is not an official Zoom website.

I also had some problems with this but I  tried some steps, Ensure your camera is selected correctly in Zoom settings. Update Zoom and verify camera permissions in Windows settings.
