A warm hello to everyone.

For a few weeks I've had the problem that the camera is black in meetings with Zoom and no sound is transmitted either.
I only have the problem with Zoom. I've tried it with another camera and I have the same problem.
Permissions are all on. Even reinstalling didn't fix the problem.

Can someone help me?

I have a co-worker with the same issues.  We have been through all the trouble shooting steps with none of them working.

I have multiple co-workers with the same issue. We have also done the troubleshooting steps.  None of them are working to resolve the issue.
