no music via zoom

No music can be heard.  zoom used to allow music to be heard by the other party. . I have an iMac.  I can no longer take banjo lessons via zoom because it cannot be heard by my instructor. I used to use zoom and it worked on my old iMac.  and it is awful that zoom has no help phone number or email.
