new message on mac saying cannot connect to audio

Hi, I get a message when I try to start a meeting saying "The meeting does not support dial in or Call me to join. You cannot connect to the audio" Ive tried checking the setting in the app and web interface so that computer dial in and telephone is selected but still stuck. Im on latest version on Mac

Hi, Did you get a reply or manage to fix the problem? I have the same issue, also on a Mac with latest software.

 

no reply, I had to reinstall software
