Hey @110427475 can you please share the version of Zoom you are currently running? I suggest updating to the latest version (how to update Zoom. https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362233-Updating-Zoom-to-the-latest-version) available to you to see if that helps your video issues.
