my zoom account vs hitting a link from a company Im interviewing with today

I've got an interview today.  They have sent me a zoom link.  I have to have a virtual background bc I live in a small apartment.  While I've opened a zoom account and put a virtual background on.

Will this background come on when I hit the link for the interview?  I was told to only hit the link when I'm ready to start the interview so I will have no time to hit the filter button prior for that call.

I need to know now so I can start moving furniture to have a blank wall

Hi Michelle21,

The Virtual Background should remain the same. For your ease of mind, I would recommend you download the Desktop app and adjusting the Virtual Background there. Once you click the link for your interview, your browser will prompt you to open the app or continue in the browser, select the app.
