my webcam worked once on zoom

im having issues with my webcam on my laptop as it worked only once in meetings and the rest of the time its just a black screen when my webcam is on I have uninstalled and reinstalled zoom multi of times and nothing worked as my webcam works fine with streamyards an online streaming website as I'm using zoom for a course I'm doing

What is your machine? if windows machine, can you please check the privacy option and make sure your webcam is dedicated in the device manager?

In macOS, please uninstall the app as below and install again from the https://zoom.us/download

i have windows 10 pro on a hp laptop and sometimes video works after I restart my laptop and when I go into breakout rooms I lose my webcam all together then go back into the main room still no webcam
