2 weeks my video disappeared and now it is a black screen with a slash through a camera.  I have uninstalled, reinstalled several times.  I have checked camera settings in windows - which allows.  I have even updated my camera driver for my laptop.  Still not working and cannot get any answers.  Help!!!!!

Restart your computer. If Zoom video or camera still freezes after a restart, uninstall the Zoom client and reinstall the latest version from our Download Center.

I am having the same issue.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled.  I have turned comp on and off.  Has been this way for weeks now.  I can see and hear others in meeting however my screen is just black.  Camera and video are working

I can't find ANY help for my same issue!

This happened when I upgraded to Zoom Workplace. Nothing like paying a monthly fee to not have all the options available 😞

I recently upgraded to Zoom Workplace and now my camera no longer works. I have tried the multitude of suggestions offered by both Zoom and Microsoft. No luck and of course, cannot get a human to respond.
