missing transcript

I recorded a meeting to the cloud with captioning on but the software only generated the video and the audio files -- the text transcript was not created!

 

what happened?

 

is there any way to extract the captions from the video file?

hi @kevcoff ,

 

You do need to add save captions as an option to be added for the recording.

There will not be captions with the video file. It is a separate file.

My devious mind would say to start another meeting, play the recording in the meeting, and grab the captions.
You can open the transcript window and see the captions being created.
