I have Zoom Workplace 6.3.0 (52884) installed. The computer is trying to update to 6.4.2.
During the course of the update, I receive the message that the feature I am trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. I am to look for “zoon InstallerFull.msi”, which cannot be located.
Downloading the latest version of Zoom does not resolve anything. The computer does not accept the msi file that has been downloaded.
Attempts to delete the app failed, with the same error message generated.
Suggestions / Guidance please.
Thank you

The error happens because the original Zoom installation is corrupted or Windows can’t find the old ZoomInstallerFull.msi it needs to update/uninstall. The cleanest way to 100% fix this is:
Completely remove Zoom with Microsoft’s uninstall tool (this bypasses the missing MSI problem):
Download Microsoft’s Program Install and Uninstall Troubleshooter here:
https://support.microsoft.com/mats/program_install_and_uninstall
Run it, choose Uninstalling, then select Zoom and let it force-remove all leftover installer entries.
Manually delete Zoom folders (if any remain):
Delete C:\Users\<YourUser>\AppData\Roaming\Zoom
Delete C:\Program Files (x86)\Zoom
Reboot your PC.
Install the latest Zoom client cleanly from the official site:
https://zoom.us/download
This clears the broken MSI reference and gives you a fresh, working install.
