hello, on the computer, I have a usb sound card, with two audio inputs, the microphone works normally outside, when I open the zoom, I direct the sound card but it does not work, the microphone does not modulate.

are you using zoom windows client 5.12.6 (10137)?

what usb sound card are you using?

what microphone are you using?

do your audio settings allow you to select your microphone connected to your usb sound card?

if so, what happens when you use the microphone test function?

please attached screen shot of zoom audio settings for microphone.

what usb sound card are you using?Behringer umc202 hd

what microphone are you using? akg c4000

outside the zoom in another system like protools the microphone works perfectly, inside the zoom it detects the sound card but does not modulate, there is no audio signal.
