microphone and camera issue, i can't enable my camera and microphone in a zoom meeting

I had this on PC. I uninstalled the camera app, restarted the laptop and everything started working fine again

Zoom has worked fine for over a year.

Earlier this week Zoom would not launch but Task Manager showed 8-9 already running. I finally had to uninstall and re-install to resolve that.

Then Zoom would use the mic on my camera but could not find the camera. Needed Windows updates anyway so I did that and rebooted.

Now Zoom cannot find the mic or camera - and the /test didn't work any better. Paid subscription that I can't even use. Is the Community the only support for paid subscriptions?
