I plan a meeting in zoom in the calendar. How can I put a notice when the persons are in the meeting?

It is not what I asked. I explain with an example. I plan a meeting in zoom in the calendar.At the right time I go to the meeting but the customer arrives late after 30 minutes. So in the meantime I reduce zoom window and I do something different on pc. How do I know when the customer arrives? An alert? A pop up or...?
