So zoom switch invite email format in my account and for it now only list deleted and updated dates in my meeting invitation to my clients. The meeting invite use to only include the actual dates and times for my meetings for the month for each client, never the behind the scene changes. This new format looks so unprofessional, is extremely confusing and time consuming because now I have to go into the email of each of my clients and remove all the deletes and updated changes and then type in the actual dates of the meetings. It is even worst now that I can't add extra sessions to my recurring schedule, so there are a lot of deleted sessions showing up just to get the meetings for the month scheduled. Has anyone experienced this and found a way to go back to the old formatting when sending out their email meeting invites? So far I haven't received any response from submitting a ticket for help.

You could copy the invite into your email client and edit it to include the dates and times of the meetings. You could automate this using APIs to extract an invite with the correct dates and share it. If you are not a developer there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that lets you send Zoom invites that include only the actual dates and times of your meetings as well as all relevant information to join.

When I use to copy the invite into my email, the actual dates were what showed up. Now, I when I copy to email, I have to delete all the deleted sessions and updated sessions and type in the actual dates. It is a pain and time consuming. The response from zoom via the ticket was that the change of including all the background changes to schedules that is now being displayed in the invite instead of just the actual meeting dates, was a part of the most recent updates, so apparently it was intentional. I will look into some of the apps you mentioned above to see if it will work for my needs, because the current invite update looks very unprofessional if sent as is and very inefficient for my clients and extremely time consuming for me. Thanks for the info.

I agree that this is a right pain in the backside. I use Zoom for teaching and that list of dates and times helps my parents to remember the session. This is absolutely rubbish. May have to think about changing to Google Meet because of this.
