meeting ID and Passcode

I am in a Toastmaster's Club.  We have a zoom link that works fine however the meeting ID and passcode don't work.  How can I fix this?

In understand that the meeting ID and Passcode don't work for joining the existing meeting?

Have you tried to set up a new meeting and checked that combination of link, ID and Code?
