mac air buds are not working with zoom

I tried going to permissions in my browser and clicking on allow audio and visual.  I cannot get the sound to work.

Hi @traceydawson! I recognize that you haven't received a reply to your initial post, so I wanted to check in. Are you still having this issue? If so, I'd like to help you figure out what's going on. Are you using Apple AirPods?
