locked out!!!

I have been participating in regular zoom meetings for years.  Tried to log in to a regular meeting this morning and got a complete runaround.  First they tried to log me into facebook, which I do not use.  Then they sent me to the login page, which I have never had to do before, and after multiple attempts, I created an account.  I still could not log in to my meeting.  And the AI 'assistant' (which is garbage) kept running me in circles.  And tech support is only for paid customers.  I see that there has been an 'upgrade' here, but it has made things worse.  Using a Windows 11 PC.

Hello,

To log in to your Zoom account, go to the Zoom sign-in page at zoom.us/signin. 

 

Enter your registered email address and password, then click the Sign In button.

 

If you signed up using Google, Apple, or Facebook, you can use those accounts to log in instead. If you encounter issues, ensure your email and password are correct, and check your spam folder for any verification emails if needed.

That was tried before I posted here, or I would not have posted. Simple solutions don't work.
