link non valido

Buonasera,

Hello @presidenza,

The most likely reason your Zoom meeting link was recognized as "invalid" and redirected users to the homepage is that the meeting ID had either expired or been deleted. If the meeting ID no longer appears in your list of upcoming or previous meetings in the Zoom web portal, it cannot be started or joined. This situation can arise if:

  • The meeting was scheduled but subsequently deleted.

  • The meeting ID expired before the scheduled meeting time.

  • The meeting was created using a Personal Meeting ID (PMI) that was later changed, which alters the meeting ID for any scheduled meetings associated with that PMI.

When this occurs, participants attempting to join the meeting will encounter an "invalid meeting ID" error and will be unable to access the session.

You can try these steps to avoid it from happening again:

  • Generate and verify the meeting link well ahead of time. Join the meeting yourself to test the link before sending it out.

  • Share updated links via multiple channels (email, messaging apps) to ensure everyone receives notifications quickly if changes are made.

  • Check meeting settings, especially authentication requirements and join timing.

  • Notify participants proactively of any changes or test runs before the official meeting.
