This is usually no problem.

I would recommend checking that you and your Participants are on the latest version of Zoom client.

I am having the same problem. At the beginning of the meeting, the automatic assignment can be done smoothly, but after a certain amount of time, neither automatic assignment nor manual movement can be done. Also, I cannot exit the breakout room.
