ipad mini 2022 - how many people show in gallery view?

I'm about to purchase an iPad Mini (December 2022) and I'd like to use it to teach on Zoom while traveling. How many people can be seen in Gallery View?

Does the mini support Center Stage, expand to show more people? And in general how well does zoom work compared to my existing MacBook Air?

Thanks.

Happy Holidays! Here’s a good read about the Gallery View > https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362323-Adjusting-your-video-layout-during-a-virtual-meeting#collapseiOS

TLDR: By design the Gallery View works well with iPAD Pros 11” / 12.9”. The Zoom App in the iPad mini will still have Gallery View but considering that it has a smaller display, it would probably show less than 10 participants at a time (Just a rough estimate).

You can also read about the Center Stage feature by clicking not his link > https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360061159452-Using-Apple-s-Center-Stage-feature-with-Zoom

Thanks so much for responding. I ended up buying the iPad Air and will test it tomorrow. I'm assuming it captures Zoom meetings similarly to the iPad Pro.
It would be helpful if you expanded your support info to cover a larger number of specific devices. I was shocked to find no one in my (very large) Apple Store able or willing to discuss Zoom compatibility. I understand Apple's longstanding proprietary attitude, but Zoom has become such a necessary part of our lives that we could use more guidance from you guys in our buying decisions. Thanks!
