Ok, zhank you, we must try it aagain, because my chinese partner tells me when he click on launch meeting , always nothing happens, 

seems this must have other reasons.

Ask him to manually type the meeting ID and passcode into the Zoom app and see what happens.

Sometimes it can be from something as silly as an antivirus.

 

If he keeps being unable to join, might be worth to contact tech support.

Kein Problem @MKnoeller ! 

I would suggest also checking what data centers are available for your meetings. If the China datacenters are disabled for your meetings, that could be causing your participant in China issues with joining.
