impossibiliy to share screen/ impossibilità a condividere schermo

da un paio di settimane non mi è possibile condividere lo schermo. mi appare un allert appena mi collego in call enon visualizzo nemmeno il comando di condivisione.

since two weeks I can't share my screen. at the start of a call I see a pop up that inform me that I cant't share, also button to share is delete
