if meeting ended no body should enter after that

First, participants cannot join a meeting unless the host starts it or it is in progress. In other words, they cannot join if the meeting has ended. Ensure that "Allow participants to join before host" is switched off in the Settings > Schedule Meeting section of the web portal.

Secondly, you can switch off Meeting Reactions in Settings > In Meeting (Basic) section.
