iPad mini2 video and audio shared via Airplay on Zoom (video working for all, audio only for host)

Hi, I have a problem with Airplay and Zoom.

When I share the sound and video of my iPad mini 2 (iOS 12.5.5), I can see and hear it well on Zoom if I am the host. But all the other people can only see the video without hearing the audio of it. The same thing happens if I record on Zoom. The recording has the video of the Airplay but not the audio.

I hope someone can help.

When you start the Screen Share from the iPad you should have the option to include Audio. This may not be on by default.

Try also ensuring your Microphone is Muted in Zoom. If your compute is picking it up as background noise, it may be trying to cancelling it out.
