i was told i need to update to 5.16.6 but i do not know how to do that.

Does everyone who attends that meeting need to get the same upgrade/download?  (or just the host?)

Also that version seems to be dated oct. 30, 2023 and there have been a lot of versions since that,

why am i being directed to get a version from last year?  

i was supposed to host a meeting this evening, but the process has forced me to cancel the scheduled meet. 

If this question is answered, how will i receive the answer?                                                                                                           (if i am not supposed to enter my e-mail how will i know?)
