how to cancel out the another zoom meeting so I can accept new attendees to my new hosted meeting

when I was on my zoom in the first meeting with someone elso hosting, switched  from my phone to my desktop,

It keep avoid my own hosting of a zoom meeting, it keeps telling my customers that I am in another meeting, then put them into the waiting room. I got not request of the attendee for admission even if I have ended both my phone and my desktop zoom meeting, even restarted my phone and my desktop computer, it still stop me to host the new meeting even if I am in the new meeting, My new customers still can not have the message of waiting for authorization. 

 

Does anyhone knows why and how to correct the problems?

    Open the Zoom desktop client.
    Click the Meetings tab.
    On the left-hand pane, select the meeting you want to delete.
    From the options to the right, click Delete.
    On the verification dialog box, click Delete to confirm.
