how to block hand raise during meeting

This really needs to be added to meeting. It's a common tactic for bombers to raise and lower their hand constantly to avoid getting bounced.

Please add this as an in meeting control.

@TwilightHours, I've raised this to Zoom as a Feature Request. I do not have any insight as to whether or not this will be implemented.

Where is the right place to raise or upvote such feature requests with Zoom?

I'd like to add my +1 there and get those I know who are also frustrated by this to add theirs as well.
