On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

how do i recover my recordings

Hello there, I am Gaurav from Western Steel Agency. A few days ago, I recorded a Zoom meeting, and that recording is supposed to be found on Zoom. but when I click on "View", it shows the recording doesn't exist. This is a very important recording for my job purposes, so please suggest me what I can do.

Hi @wsaindiaagency4 can you please clarify if this is a cloud recording or a local recording? Suggest looking into our KBs on Troubleshooting Zoom Recordings, if none of the Recommended KBs are of help, please let me know and we can further troubleshoot!

How to recover a deleted cloud recording
Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
In the navigation menu, click Recordings.
If there are any cloud recordings in the trash, you will see a Trash icon at the top right. 
Click Recover on the right to retrieve the recording.
Click Recover again to confirm.
