Hey @loum can you elaborate more on this? Are you trying to install Zoom? If so, you can go to https://zoom.us/download to install the latest version of Zoom. 😀

I cannot figure out how to get the APP on my Home Screen. Please explain. I've already installed Zoom, simply need the app. Thank you in advance.

Hi @Sandy-Florida welcome to the community! Can you please clarify the device you are using? Whether it be a desktop computer or a mobile device? If you have already installed Zoom you can either "tap" on the app to open, or double-click the Zoom icon within your applications on your desktop computer. Suggest looking into our KB on Downloading the Zoom desktop client and mobile app

Thanks for your response. I have a desktop computer. I did download the application. I have not been able to get the ICON to show on my Home Screen. The only way I can get into Zoom is to go to my Start and open it.
