help me solve the mystery of the vanishing downloads

Salient Details

  • I am the admin of my account
  • On Friday, I assigned a co-host to a recorded meeting and then left the meeting due to illness
  • Subsequent to the meeting, I received the customary email notification that the cloud recording was available
  • I've attempted numerous times to download the recording (which now shows a total of 20 downloads) but the download is not in my local storage

What's gone wrong and how do I solve the problem?
