help, I can't get into zoom. I don't have a paid account but have been using zoom for years

I havent been able to get into meetings recently but always used to be able to.  I just reinstalled the app on my two mobile devices and removed it from my pc but don't know how to reinstall it

I also tried to change my password which has confused things further
