grey boxes left & right of any portait mode video

can I get rid of the grey boxes left & right of any portait mode video, mine or the other participant´s?

I have zoom in portrait mode on Windows and the webcam is turned to be vertical.

Is this happening all the time when you are on a Zoom meeting or only when you are screen sharing in the meeting?

I mean my video AND the video of other people. The video is vertical but has these grey boxes on both sides that fill up the screen and leave the video smaller in the middle.

Unfortunately, I am unable to view the image you linked. Could you please let me know which device this issue is occurring on and if you have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Zoom application?

Thank you for your answer. I have just reinstalled Zoom, the problem is the same.
I have checked the image link and it still works. Can I send the image any other way?
