freezing video and audio

does anyone have freezing video and audio during meetings?

How have you resolved the problem?

I have this issue too. Zoom will freeze when I try to change mic settings or video settings. It happens three times at the most and then its all back to normal like nothing was wrong in the first place. Even uninstalling and reinstalling did not work. Help!

Same here. I have emailed Zoom several times with no response. It is very frustrating! I have taken all the steps suggested and nothing has changed.
