Error code 3081 is ERROR_MEETING_ENFORCE_LOGIN_REALNAME_AUTHENTICATION.

-Are you signed into your Zoom account when attempting to join this meeting? Or are you joining as a "guest"?

-The meeting settings may require you to be logged into a Zoom account.
