Is meeting host able to start or stop video for all or individual participants in meeting?

Hi @nyartmodel

The host can stop a video from anyone. Even a co-host.
They can request a person to start their video but not actually start it.
They can also stop everyone (except co-hosts) from starting the video from the shield button.
